Bring the whole family to visit our train show

Youth aged 12 and under and Scouts/Leaders in uniform always enjoy free entry.  All tickets are good for both days, come for a visit on Saturday and again on Sunday (adults must keep wristband).

Some exhibitors show younger enthusiasts how to run a train.

Learning how to run a train

View the many operating portable layouts and see different types of trains running. Some are specifically designed at lower heights for better family viewing.
Great height for train watching
Good view of the trains

Find that special starter train for a young hobbyist, or even a not so young hobbyist.

Model Railroaders of all ages and interests will find plenty at our show

Whether your interest is operating trains on a small home layout or getting that great deal on a used boxcar, scenery supplies, track, or anything else that helps your modeling. Our exhibitors and vendors are the best in the area.

  • See operating modular railroads and speak to the builders about techniques and ideas.
  • New locomotives, cars, building kits, and supplies.
  • Used locomotives, cars, buildings, scenic items, etc. We have a multi-scale test track at every show for your testing needs.
  • Can't find that particular item, ask a vendor if they can get it for you.
  • Curious how a water scene was made? Ask the exhibitor, you won't find interactivity like that on YouTube or Instagram.
  • Investigate local clubs and organizations where you can learn and build skills. NVRRA, Amherst Belt Lines, NMRA Hub Division, ETE (European Train Enthusiasts), and more

RailFair application 2025

We work hard to ensure that our show provides good value to our dealers. We focus our advertising to target model railroad hobbyists and families. We advertise mostly on Facebook and with Google Ad-words.

We place lots of yard signs out the week of the show all over the local area to ensure that everyone is reminded of the show. We place our directional signs out just before the show to ensure that everyone can find their way easily.

We always have our multi-scale test track available so you can get the best price possible on used equipment.

Our aisles are wide to ensure that all visitors can view your tables with minimal congestion.
